  Yes, quotes for new heat pumps, installations and system upgrades are free and obligation-free. If you need us to come and check a faulty unit before quoting a repair, that’s a service call and is charged at our standard rates.

• Do you service heat pumps you didn’t install?

  Yes. We service and repair all makes and models of heat pump, whoever installed them.

• How often should my heat pump be serviced?

  At least once a year, ideally before winter. If you use it daily for heating and cooling, every 6–9 months keeps it running efficiently.

• Do you offer 24/7 emergency repairs?

  Our shop shows the range we supply. Click Request Quote on any product and we’ll get back to you with a price that includes installation.

• Do you work on dairy farms?
